Trim. It seems so easy to install.  A couple of boards nailed onto a wall. 
I'm here to tell you, it's a little more complicated than that!  
Floors and doors aren't always level and corners aren't always 90 degrees.  
Someone with a good eye for trim, and a lot of patience, makes a huge difference!
